oz.). Packaged in an unbreakable PETE bottle for ease of storage and shipping. If you like to use the oil in a liquid state, just store this bottle in a location where the temperature is above 75°F. You can then pour the oil directly from the bottle. I use this method when adding oil to my morning breakfast smoothie. If you prefer to use the oil in solid form and scoop it out of a container, then simply place the bottle in a bowl of warm water and let stand until the oil is melted and pour it into a wide-mouthed container for easy access.

Kara® Natural Coconut Cream - 200 ml (6.8 fl. oz) This rich tasting cream is made from fresh coconut extract and has approximately 25% fat (coconut oil). It is aseptically packed with no preservatives but does contain natural stabilizers to prevent separation. Each pack contains 200 ml or 6.8 fl. oz. It has a sweet natural coconut flavor and a fat content of 60-65%. Please note that this product contains 1-2% sodium caseinate as a drying agent. This product cannot be produced without the use of a drying agent and while most coconut milk powders in the marketplace use both maltodextrin and sodium caseinate as drying agents, Coconut Milk Powder Supreme™ uses only a small amount of sodium caseinate. It can be mixed with warm water to make coconut milk or coconut cream. Equal parts of milk powder and water (by volume) will produce coconut milk with a fat content of approximately 19.5%. One and one fourth parts powder plus 1 part water will produce milk with a fat content of approximately 22.7%. Originally developed for commercial users in the restaurant and food industry as a shelf-stable natural ingredient which can be used in recipes and formulas calling for coconut cream, it is a great addition to smoothies, desserts, sauces, etc. Available in a wide-mouth half gallon PET jug containing 1.75 lbs. for $24.95.
